You will lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, resolve channel conflicts, and ensure alignment with exocad’s business policies and licensing models.Your mission will be to deliver exceptional sales leadership and support to our reseller network, while championing our cutting-edge software products and value proposition. You will serve as a key liaison between sales operations and executive leadership, contributing to strategic planning and execution.Role expectationsLead and support sales efforts with new and existing resellers, ensuring alignment with exocad’s business policies, licensing models, and product offeringsDocument all reseller communications and activities in the CRM system.Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic planning and executionCollaborate closely with the President of Exocad America and the on high-impact projects and initiatives.Provide regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.Maintain flexible hours to support EST, CST, and PST times zonesTravel domestically and occasionally internationally to support business development and reseller engagement.Mentor sales staff and contribute to the development of best sales practices.What We're Looking For6-10 years of experience in a similar sales-channel business model, including sales-channel conflict resolutionProven background in digital dentistry, either as a dental technician or capital equipment sales specialist, with experience across multiple product platforms and open-architecture systems.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.Physical ability to lift 75 poundsProficiency with Dental CAD/CAM software and related computer skills.Applicant Privacy PolicyReview our Applicant Privacy Policyfor additional information.Equal Opportunity StatementAlign Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
