Respond to Agency, Payroll Center and Client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Monitor established turnaround guidelines.To learn more about Client Services at ADP, watch here:Responsibilities:File/original and late original tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements.Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor.Assist in training of new employees and procedures.Develops and updates current filing/research records and procedure.Telephone contact with internal and external areas.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Thorough knowledge of research and filing procedures and resources.Thorough knowledge of the automated tax system.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Meets deadlines with accuracy.Organizational skills are a must.Good written and verbal communication skills.You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.High School DiplomaPreferred Qualifications:Multi-Jurisdiction filing experience
