Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are looking for a full-time customer service specialist to join our team onsite in Luck, Wisconsin. Candidate should have excellent phone communication, detailed oriented, well-organized, reliable, and a team player. Skills: Excellent phone communication is required Accurate typing and spelling required Good written and verbal communication skills Maintain filing systems electronically Ability to work well under pressures of deadlines Multi-Task Essential Job Functions: Handling of incoming and outgoing calls as well as emails to clients Scheduling services for clients Calls for moderate to advanced conflict resolution skills via phone or email QUALIFICATIONS: High School degree or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of related office work experience required Qualifications: High School degree or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of related office work experience required 55+ WPM Legal experience preferred, however, not required Knowledge & Skills: Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word and Power Point) Utilizes multiple software packages to prepare highly confidential correspondence and complex documents Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Shift: 8 hour shift Experience: Microsoft Powerpoint: 2 years (Required) Conflict management: 2 years (Required) Microsoft Word: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Luck, WI 54853 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
