Senior Fullstack Developer/Architect (.NET / Azure) – Hybrid (New Jersey) - up to $190k base salary + benefits Our client, a SaaS logistics platform, is hiring a backend leaning Engineer/Architect to join a small, high-impact engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding as well as designing, with a strong focus on backend architecture.Role Overview:Design scalable solutions while staying actively involved in developmentWork closely with a lean team of engineers, testers, and SMEsContribute to backend systems, integrations, and cloud architectureTech Stack required:.NET, Azure, ServerlessMiddleware and direct integrationsLight frontend exposure (React / Blazor)Early-stage AI exposure (e.g., GitHub Copilot)Candidate Profile:Senior, collaborative, and technically strongHands-on mindset (not purely strategic)Comfortable in a small, fast-paced team (8 people in Engineering across Dev and QA)Additional Info:Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite in New JerseyStreamlined interview process (HR, technical, team)Preference from this company that someone approx 1 hour away from their NJ office in Monmouth county.
