Customers enjoy a personalized shopping experience in a welcoming environment.Job DescriptionEnsemble Nashville is looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our Nashville store. We’re a contemporary consignment boutique focused on elevated fashion, cool-girl style, and giving great high-end and luxury pieces a second life. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves fashion, styling, resale culture, and connecting with people. Because we’re a small business, this is a very hands-on position — you’ll often run the floor independently, help shape the vibe of the store day-to-day, and become a key part of the customer experience.We’re looking for someone who can devote 30–40 hours per week and is excited to grow with a new and evolving brand.What You’ll DoCreate a warm, fun, and elevated shopping experience for customersStyle clients and help them discover unique, one-of-a-kind piecesEducate customers on the consignment model and the high-end brands we carryWork independently and confidently while managing the store solo at timesProcess sales transactions and assist with daily store operationsOrganize and merchandise incoming inventorySteam, tag, and prepare consignment pieces for the sales floorMaintain the visual appearance and overall energy of the storeAssist with social media content, in-store events, and community engagementWe’re Looking For Someone Who Is:Passionate about fashion, resale, and contemporary high-end brandsSelf-motivated and comfortable taking initiativeFriendly, confident, and naturally good with peopleOrganized and detail-orientedComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environmentExcited by the idea of helping build a growing businessAvailable on weekends and flexible with schedulingRetail, styling, or resale experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, and aesthetic alignment matter just as much.Growth OpportunityThis role has strong potential to grow into a management position as Tempo expands.
