Role: Adobe Forms Developer or AEM Forms Migration SpecialistContract W2Location: OH, USA (Remote)Key ResponsibilitiesAdobe Designer Forms Maintenance & EnhancementMaintain and enhance existing onboarding forms developed using Adobe Designer.Implement business-requested updates, including regulatory changes, operational improvements, defect remediation, and the addition of new products and services.Develop and modify form logic, validations, calculations, and workflows using JavaScript within Adobe Forms.Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.Participate in change management and version control processes to manage document updates and releases.Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure form quality and functionality.AEM Forms Migration & ModernizationAssess and analyze existing Adobe Designer forms, templates, and business rules.Migrate and rebuild legacy onboarding documents within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms.Recreate form functionality, dynamic behaviors, validation rules, and integrations in the target platform.Ensure business continuity by preserving document accuracy and user experience during migration.Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and modernize onboarding forms and processes.Support deployment activities and provide post-migration production support.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Operations teams, and Technology teams to prioritize enhancement requests.Participate in requirements reviews, solution discussions, and project planning activities.Provide technical recommendations regarding form architecture, best practices, and migration strategies.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Adobe forms solutions.Hands-on experience with Adobe LiveCycle Designer / Adobe Designer.Experience developing forms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms.Strong proficiency in JavaScript for form scripting, validations, and dynamic behaviors.Experience managing form lifecycle, version control, and release processes.Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience within Commercial Banking, Treasury Services, Client Onboarding, or Financial Services domains.Experience migrating forms from Adobe Designer / LiveCycle to AEM Forms.Knowledge of document generation, workflow automation, and digital forms modernization.Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.Experience integrating forms with downstream systems and document repositories.Technical SkillsAdobe LiveCycle Designer / Adobe DesignerAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) FormsJavaScriptXFA FormsXMLPDF Form TechnologiesVersion Control Systems (Git, SVN, or equivalent)Agile Delivery MethodologiesNice-to-Have SkillsAdobe WorkbenchAEM WorkflowREST APIsDocument Accessibility StandardsBanking Client Onboarding ProcessesDigital Document TransformationSuccess CriteriaTimely implementation of form enhancement requests.Successful migration of legacy Adobe Designer forms to AEM Forms.Improved maintainability and usability of onboarding documentation.High-quality deliverables with minimal production defects.Effective collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners.
