Opportunity Highlights Schedule: 3-4 days per week, 8 hours per day (9am-4pm or 8:30am-4pm if preferred); on call 3-4 days per week (weekday call 5pm-7am or weekend call 24-hour 7am-7am); overtime applies after 8 hours per day Job Setting: Clinic and hospital deliveries Types of Cases: 18-20 patient encounters per shift; low risk and high risk pregnancy; routine and complicated deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs); repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations; office/minor gynecology (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP); surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor, operative/major); FHR interpretation; OB ultrasounds (Level I/Screening); decision-making for c-section Credentialing: 90 days; anticipated start June 1, 2026 Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency Certifications: BLS, ACLS Licensure: Active CA license and CA DEA About VISTA Staffing A ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent 10-Year Diamond Award winner, VISTA has 30 years of experience optimizing continuity of care for hospitals, medical practices and government agencies across the US.
