Job Description Job Title: Handyman/Landscape Tech (Full-Time)Location: Ft. Collins to Longmont, I-25 Corridor AreaWage Range: $18-$22 per hourExperience Required: Entry LevelJob Description:We are urgently seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our maintenance team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and landscapes are well-maintained and functional. This position requires versatility in both landscape and general handyman tasks, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), painting, sheetrock, and more. Skid steer experience is preferred. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoy working independently, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Perform landscape replacement tasks, including basic landscaping workConduct general maintenance tasks such as repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC unitsRepair or replace broken fixtures, doors, windows, locks, and other building componentsInstall and assemble furniture and equipment as neededConduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance or repair issuesPerform routine upkeep, including painting, caulking, and minor construction workEnsure all safety systems are functional, including fire alarms, emergency exits, and lightingMaintain and organize tools and equipment; ensure they are in good working conditionOperate skid steer and other machinery as neededWork with contractors and other team members on larger projectsFollow all safety protocols and company policies during work and repairsOther duties as assigned by the supervisor or managementQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or related fieldsExperience with landscape replacement, MEP, painting, and sheetrockSkid steer experience preferredAbility to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment and systemsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasksReliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks at onceStrong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or with a teamBasic understanding of safety and maintenance protocolsA valid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation:$18-$22 per hourCareer growth opportunitiesSchedule:Flexible to adjust hours as neededCompany Description Top Flight Maintenance is a full-service facilities management and maintenance company serving commercial clients in Northern Colorado and Southwestern Wyoming.
