We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsThe RN Manager Med Surg ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.What qualifications you will need:Education: BSN preferred, Associates Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma requiredExperience: 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required; 3+ years of acute care nursing requiredLicense :Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required; BLS requiredTrident Health is a 445-bed HCA Healthcare hospital system comprised of two acute care hospitals, Trident Medical Center and Summerville Medical Center and three freestanding emergency departments, Brighton Park Emergency, Moncks Corner Medical Center and Centre Pointe Emergency.We provide care to nearly 375,000 South Carolina Low country residents each year.
