The organization emphasizes dignity, connection, and holistic well-being through thoughtfully designed programming and highly attentive resident care.The Associate Director of Operations will play a key leadership role within the RCFE, supporting day-to-day operational excellence across multiple departments. This position partners closely with executive leadership to ensure staffing alignment, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident services. The organization provides a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and additional employee support offerings.
