Key Responsibilities:Drive High-Quality Employee Standards: Ensure a fully staffed restaurant, foster inclusivity, and provide constructive accountability to develop your team. Implement Effective Security Protocols: Safeguard the well-being of both employees and guests. Create Memorable Guest Experiences: Engage authentically with guests and participate in community outreach events to establish Fleming's as the restaurant of choice. Drive Restaurant Results: Manage your department's P&L, initiate strategies to boost sales and profitability, grow guest count, and mentor your associates. Present Quality Food and Drink: Ensure all menu items meet high presentation standards and recipes. Enforce Safety and Sanitation Practices: Showcase a commitment to excellence and maintain impeccable facilities. Live Our Principles and Beliefs: Be a role model fostering a culture filled with joy and support. Experience/Skills Required:At least 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience. A minimum of 3 years of prior salaried management experience preferred. Strong and stable work history with preferred wine knowledge. Flexible schedule availability.
