As a Food Service Supervisor with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to ensure accurate, professional, and secure processing of orders and to address patients and their guests are satisfied. The Floating Food Service Supervisor will be covering cross-campus and assisting nearby locations. What you'll be doing: Supervising the daily operation of the dining room. Scheduling, managing, and training dining room employees. Handling customer service interactions. Other duties assigned by leadership. What we're looking for: Must-haves: Experience supervising multiple employees. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. At least one years’ experience in customer service. Nice-to-haves: Previous hospitality management experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines. Associate’s degree or higher. Where you'll be working: Jefferson Hospital, located in Jefferson Hills, PA Also covering cross-campus, and nearby locations as needed.
