We have 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space with state-of-the-art equipment and innovative technologies that ensure every project stands apart from the rest.L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking an experienced, motivated, problem-solving individual to join our rapidly growing award-winning Engineering department as a Corel Sign Design Engineer/Draftsperson.Produce fabrication drawings for ADA interior signage, interior merchandising and exterior signage from design intent drawingsAbility to lay out and populate sign text from message schedulesGenerate documentation by creating and revising drawings and /or documentation as requiredProduce production-ready art, vinyl, and CAD router files for shop releasesCoordinate to provide the necessary planning, organization, direction and control to meet assigned design estimating goalsRequirementsExperience with Corel Draw or comparable industry programs such as Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to create drawings from sketches, measurements, marked up prints and technical surveysAbility to import and export file types to and from Corel DrawDetail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple projectsExcellent organizational, management, and communication skills; written, verbal, and listeningExperience with SketchUp, AutoCAD is not necessary, but helpfulExperience with ADA standards a plusMust be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed.
