Landscape Crew Leader

The Landscape Crew Leader will play a crucial role in leading a crew in the creation of our landscape projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of landscapers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding our company's standards of excellence. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of landscape projects Coordinate with Superintendents, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and timelines Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on job sites Planting perennials, shrubs, and trees per plan. Mulching, bed prep, bury downspouts, etc. Natural Stone installation (flagstone steppers, dry creek beds, flagstone patios, boulder walls, etc.) Low Voltage landscape lighting Qualifications: Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar leadership role in the landscaping industry Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, and natural stone Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions About Company For over 25 years, Aspen Outdoor Designs has been a leading landscape design company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning works of art.
