You'll be leading within Walser Automotive Group's largest operation, representing one of the strongest brands in North America, alongside a team known for performance and innovation.\n \nCompensation:\n\nOn Target Earnings of $100,000 with potential to earn up to $130,000 with incentives!\n\n \nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAssist Customer Specialists in closing sales and conduct "Fly-Bys"/TO's on every deal\nWork with Customer Specialists to set sales and gross objectives and increase F& I penetration\nManage the efforts of vehicle salespeople to enhance the customer satisfaction rating of the dealership and exceed the minimum standard for the Customer Satisfaction Index\nManage the F&I Process and PVR expectations\nCoordinate in store training (Product, Closing and Sales Process)\nPartner with the Finance team to develop and coordinate best practices and finance product sales\nManage the follow-up, DS processes and appointment handling process.
