Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API development, Kafka, and AWS experience to join our team in Columbus, OH.The ideal candidate will be a senior-level developer who can work independently, take ownership of development tasks, communicate effectively, and build new applications and APIs from the ground up.

Required Skills: 6+ years of professional software development experience Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring BootStrong experience developing Microservices and REST APIsMust have strong experience with KafkaStrong hands-on experience with AWSMust have experience with:

• Amazon S3AWS LambdaAmazon ECSAmazon EC2Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working with containerized applications within AWS ECSStrong ability to design and build APIs from scratch
• Experience developing applications with no existing codebase or APIs, building solutions from the ground upBasic to moderate React.js experience — approximately 10% front-end development is expected
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a senior development role
• Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills 8+ years of overall development experience
• Experience with Splunk
• Experience with Dynatrace
• Experience with Grafana
• Strong understanding of application monitoring, observability, and performance troubleshooting

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a Senior-level, hands-on developer who can independently design, develop, and deliver new applications and APIs. The candidate should be comfortable making technical decisions, working with minimal supervision, and communicating effectively with the team.

Important: Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, API development, Kafka, AWS, S3, Lambda, ECS/EC2, Docker/Kubernetes, and strong API development experience are must-have requirements.
