Job DescriptionExceptional Hospitality Starts with YouThis role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TNThis is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As an Analyst, PTP on the PTP (Accounts Payable) team reporting to the Manager, PTP, you will focus on governance, reporting of purchasing system integrations, data analytics, and vendor compliance. You will work with our Shared Service provider for hotel and corporate operations.What You'll Do During a Typical DayPerform accounts payable system-related activities and reporting on electronic interfaces from purchasing systemsReview supplier integration and ensure supplier portal data is maintained and updated accuratelyMonitor outsourcing provider updates to invoices and suppliers, ensuring they are performed.Provide analytical and dashboard reporting for process improvements.Monitor and respond to open cases or tickets relating to inquiries or service requests.How You'll Collaborate With OthersResolve exceptions and inquiries requiring additional review from the outsourcing provider.Develop constructive working relationships across finance, corporate and customer departments.Projects You'll Take Ownership OfProvide analytical and dashboard reporting for process improvementsWhat It Takes to Make the StayYou Have These Minimum QualificationsOne (1) year of experience in high-volume accounts payable or in data analyticsProficient in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-LookupsExperience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems Coupa, SAP, Ariba or integrated purchasing system experienceIt Would Be Useful If You HaveBachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceAbout UsJoin an Award-Winning Workplace CultureAt Hilton, we don’t just deliver exceptional experiences for our guests—we build an exceptional workplace for the Team Members who make it all possible.
