Hoarders Express is an established Extreme Cleaning and home restoration contractor, proudly serving clients since 2014. We currently operate across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and the DC/Virginia area, with nationwide expansion planned for 2026 through franchise programs.

We provide professional decluttering, disinfecting, deep cleaning, and organization services for individuals and families affected by hoarding disorder and extreme clutter. Unlike basic “haul-away” services, we offer comprehensive solutions, including:
Strategic planning and phased decluttering
Deep cleaning and sanitization
Light home repair and restoration
Coordination with psychological and support services
Our unique, compassionate, and structured approach places us in a category of our own within the extreme cleaning industry.
Requirements
2–5 years of outside sales experience
Minimum 6-month commitment
Home improvement, restoration, or janitorial industry knowledge (a plus)
Strong communication, empathy, and professionalism
Interest in building and growing a sales market (local → regional → national)
Valid Driver’s License, insurance and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities
Conduct in-home or virtual assessments with prospective clients
Educate clients and families on our services, process, and value
Build trust through compassionate, solution-focused consultations
Prepare and present customized service proposals
Follow up with leads and close contracts
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Help identify growth opportunities within your assigned territory
Report Directly to Sales Manager
A Day in the Life of a Sales Representative
Each day is different—but always meaningful.
You’ll start by reviewing scheduled assessments and follow-ups, then conduct client consultations either in person or virtually. Many clients come to us during stressful moments, so your role is to listen, guide, and provide clarity. You’ll work closely with support staff who pre-qualify leads and assist with logistics, allowing you to focus on relationship-building and closing.
Your success is supported by training, data, and a team that understands this specialized market. No two homes are the same—and neither are the solutions you’ll help create.
