Workday Extend – Custom Application & Workflow Development4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday Extend AppsExperience with App Builder, Custom Business Processes, Custom Objects, and UI/Data ModelingStrong experience with Workday Orchestrations and workflow automationExperience consolidating legacy HRSS tools and automating HR operational workflows2. Payroll & Integration DevelopmentExperience integrating Workday Extend with Workday Core HCM, Workday Payroll, and external systemsStrong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, web services, and integration orchestrationExperience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / Taiwan ECP is highly relevantExperience developing data validation rules and automated checks for Touchless Payroll3. Workday Ecosystem6+ years of overall Workday experienceStrong knowledge of HCM, Business Process Framework, Custom Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Security GroupsExperience with Workday Studio, EIBs, PECI, XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST APIsStrong understanding of web services, data modeling, and object-oriented concepts🤝 Collaboration & SupportTranslate functional requirements and process maps into scalable Workday Extend architectureCollaborate with Program Managers and Business Systems AnalystsSupport UAT, defect remediation, performance optimization, and business logic refinementApply Workday security policies, domain security definitions, and user-role configurations⭐ Nice to HaveWorkday Extend CertificationWorkday Studio / Workday Integrations Certification
