In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of subcontracted products and services across the full program lifecycle—from early pursuit and proposal development through production, sustainment, and future enhancements. Working closely with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers, you will ensure that complex third-party products are delivered with the right balance of cost, quality, and schedule performance to support mission-critical aerospace and defense programs.This position offers the opportunity to act as both a strategic business partner and supplier leader, guiding subcontracting strategies, negotiating agreements, and managing supplier performance across high-value programs. You will help shape sourcing strategies, mitigate risk, and drive supplier collaboration while ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
