Find out how you will deliver magic together with us through your Rappi mission 🧡Check out how it will impact our ecosystem:As the Vice President of Product - Advertising, you are responsible for every aspect of product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Rappi’s advertising products to 10X the advertising business. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will bring thought leadership and best practices from the ad tech industry to the team. You will collaborate with other senior product and business leaders to develop the end-to-end product strategy in Rappi’s multi-sided marketplace. You will present compelling product vision to the most iconic brands in the world and help the sales team win enterprise customer accounts. You need to be able to explain technical product roadmap to non-technical marketing executives. You will grow and hire exceptional talent to build the most impactful product organization in Latin America. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:Oversee the strategy & development of brand advertising products, such as placements, pricing models, promotions, and go to market strategiesIdentify advertising innovation and growth opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapesManage and grow a high performing team of directors and product managers.Collaborate with product VPs for consumer and merchants to develop win-win products that deliver value to across Rappi’s multi-sided marketplace to advertisers, consumers, and merchantsPartner with the Advertising General Manager, Sales Leadership, and Engineering to formulate joint strategy and deliver on P&L targets with scalable solutionsEvaluate ad portfolio performance and drive aggressive improvementsWork alongside internal stakeholders on process efficiency and internal innovationGood and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?8+ years of product leadership experience at high performing companies4+ years of experience building B2B2C advertising products serving enterprise customersAbility to balance strategic thinking and people management with hands-on, fast-paced executionStrong relationship building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; experience working with C-Level executivesWell versed in problem discovery, value creation, pricing models, go to market, and change management.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishNOTE: This is a hybrid position in the Americas with preference given to candidates who can regularly work from Rappi's main offices in Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Bogotá, or São Paulo.
