This study investigates the promotion of a web‑app based physical activity program.ResponsibilitiesWeekly Interventions: Conduct weekly interventions with participants via chat in Simplified Korean or English.Procedural Tasks: Maintain a research diary, manage communications for participant payments and Fitbit distribution, and coordinate with the Principal Investigator, Coordinator, and peer interventionists.Recruitment Activities: Engage in recruitment activities to support the study.Required QualificationsLicensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the U.S.Language Proficiency: Fluency in Korean and English (both spoken and written).Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Zoom, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.Flexibility: Ability to work according to participants' schedules in different time zones.Salary Range$36.00 hourlyWorking ConditionsResearch interviews will be conducted remotely via chat and/or video call.Work ShiftWork hours vary based on participant interview availability.Required MaterialsResume/CVAt least 1 professional reference (preferred 2).
