Job Location – El Segundo, CA (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite Per Week)

Pay Rate – $35.00 - $90.00 Per Hour (W2 Only)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead the people side of AI adoption within a Global Technology organization. This role will partner closely with program and product leadership to ensure AI-enabled capabilities are successfully adopted across brand, creative, marketing technology, and cross-functional stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate understands that AI initiatives succeed or fail based on adoption , not just technical execution. This individual will operate across the full AI lifecycle—from use case discovery and stakeholder alignment to deployment and sustained adoption. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and analytical skills to drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Lead
End-to-end OCM strategy for AI adoption programs, including generative AI, automation, and decision-support tools
Stakeholder segmentation, persona development, and change journey design across marketing, creative, technology, and operations teams
Organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses
Facilitation of discovery workshops and design sessions to define future-state workflows
Development of executive reporting , including adoption dashboards and ROI tracking
Creation of learning and enablement strategies , including training programs and AI literacy initiatives
Integration of OCM activities into Agile delivery cycles
Implementation of adoption measurement frameworks using KPIs, usage data, and feedback
How You’ll Lead
Act as a strategic partner to program leadership, not just a support function
Translate business needs into actionable change and adoption strategies
Identify and resolve adoption challenges, stakeholder resistance, and workflow gaps
Present executive-level insights on readiness, risk, and performance
Build business cases and ROI models tied to adoption outcomes
Integrate OCM into program governance, including reporting and planning cycles
Promote responsible and effective AI adoption across the organization
Continuously refine change strategies based on data and stakeholder input
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or organizational development
Minimum 3 years supporting AI, automation, or advanced technology adoption programs
Experience designing stakeholder personas and use cases to guide adoption strategy
Strong facilitation experience leading workshops and executive alignment sessions
Proven success building ROI models and benefits realization frameworks
Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and applications
Ability to define and track adoption KPIs and data-driven insights
Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in content, marketing technology, or digital transformation environments
Background in organizational development, behavioral science, or instructional design
Familiarity with AI delivery frameworks such as CRISP-DM, TDSP, or similar
Experience with OCM frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter
Experience with collaboration tools such as M365, Miro, or Mural
Familiarity with digital adoption platforms, LMS systems, and analytics tools
Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira
Background in consumer products, media, entertainment, or brand-driven organizations
Relevant certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, or SAFe

Hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite in El Segundo, CA
Must be able to collaborate across U.S. time zones
