Data AnalystLocation: Irving TX (Hybrid) Fulltime roleKey Responsibilities:Analyze existing incident data dashboards and datasets to identify optimization opportunities.Transform raw data and visualizations into strategic insights focused on event source tuning and noise reduction, event pipeline optimization (correlation, de-duplication), and automation and self-healing opportunities.Develop, prioritize, and manage a formal book of work to track all optimization initiatives.Partner with technology domain owners to articulate the value of proposed changes and drive adoption.Quantify, track, and report on the benefits and incident reduction achieved from each initiative.Apply a fundamental knowledge of ITSM processes, particularly event, incident, and change management, to ensure all recommendations are compliant and effective.
