Role: Conversation DesignerLocation: RemoteTerm: ContractThe ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who enjoys turning complex concepts into practical, user-centered experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Product and workflow designConversational design and AI-assisted experiencesContact center and employee experience designWireframing, prototyping, and design documentationCross-functional collaboration and facilitationExperience with NiCE CXOne, conversational AI platforms, agent desktop design, and financial services is preferred.
