Job Description Salary:ESLE Inc. is hiring Seasonal Commercial Electricians for a multi-month prevailing wage LED lighting retrofit project in the San Diego area. This position involves second shift/night work performing commercial lighting upgrades and full lighting controls installation in active commercial environments. Responsibilities:LED fixture retrofitting and replacementInstallation and troubleshooting of lighting control systemsRunning and terminating electrical wiringReading electrical plans and layoutsMaintaining safe and professional jobsite practicesRequirements:Valid electrical certification/card requiredCommercial electrical experience requiredExperience with lighting retrofits and controls preferredAbility to work night/second shift schedulesReliable transportation and standard electrical toolsKnowledge of NEC and commercial electrical standardsCompensation & Schedule:Local prevailing wage projectMulti-month seasonal positionConsistent full-time hours available
