MUST HAVE: Current Agency 360 or Business Development Experience Location: Remote in Austin or Houston TexasRole: 360 Recruitment Role (Business Dev + Recruiting) Our client, a growing and well-established staffing agency, is seeking an experienced 360 Engineering Recruiter to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities:Source, recruit, and place engineering professionals in contract and/or direct-hire rolesPartner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidatesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer negotiationBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talentUtilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing toolsMaintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATSMeet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goalsQualifications:3+ years of agency recruiting experience requiredProven experience placing engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, civil, manufacturing, etc.)Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote settingWhat They Offer:Fully remote work environmentCompetitive base salary + commission structureEstablished client base and active job flowSupportive leadership and growth opportunity
