FACILITY MANAGER

QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Facility Manager to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD in support of our C5ISR Center HQ Operations Support contract. The Facility Manager will work with the Branch Chief to interpret higher authority directives, regulations, and guidelines for applications within the C5ISR Center. Duties: Conducts information gathering necessary to assist in the development of Facilities and Property policies, procedures, guidelines, and strategies for the Facilities and Property Offices, determining that all compatibilities are within applicable regulations and policies. Develops, modifies, and maintains clear and concise policies, guidelines, memorandums, and other Army correspondence for the Facilities and Property Teams Analyzes and interprets data to develop metrics, information dashboards, briefings, and other means of communicating with leadership and customers. Serves as a Content Manager for the Facilities and Property Offices, and ensures that recordkeeping requirements are considered in the development and storage of all new, existing, or modified documentation Provides direct administrative support to senior levels of government leadership (up to Director level). Enables collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Organization through the maintenance of SharePoint sites for the Facilities and Property Offices. Creates inventory or accountability processes and procedures. Required Skills & Experience: Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills. Knowledge of Army recordkeeping systems and other information management programs and regulations. Experience with using SharePoint. Knowledge of Army requirements for creating and formatting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Memorandum for Record (MFR), and other clear, concise policies, guidelines, processes, and correspondence. Experience in providing direct administrative support to senior levels of government leadership (up to Director level). Required Clearance: ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience or AA degree or 2-year technical school with five (5) years of experience required. Travel: Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations. Work Environment: This position will be performed in various locations, including government offices, military bases and depots, warehouse/maintenance shops, and/or field environments that include periods outdoors. Physical Demands: Physical demands of this position include ability to: Be independently mobile. Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers. Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use. Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as glasses/goggles (eyes), ear plugs/muffs (hearing), hard hats, and breathing respirators/masks. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours. Our total compensation package is value-based and negotiable depending upon the candidate’s specific skills and applicable relevant experience.
