Sales and Business Development Representative
Our relocation business is booming, and additional charismatic Sales and Business Development Representatives are needed to engage those people and businesses who are on the move! As a Sales and Business Development Representatives with our team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Aggressively pursues and follows through on new and existing leads (both company-provided and those that are self-generated), as well as contract opportunities, to increase sales and closing ratios
Performs in-home, phone, and virtual estimates and provides accurate cost estimates to potential clients for relocation and storage services
Develops, executes, and maximized daily prospecting plan through marketing, area canvassing, and cold calling to increase company’s market presence
Identifies and pursues new accounts, contracts, or other revenue streams
Prospects for new corporate and government accounts to increase market share
Attends meetings and other similar events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to interact with community members, prospective customers, and existing clients
Upholds the company standards for excellence and commitment to service in the interest of maintaining client satisfaction and an impeccable reputation
Creates, updates and maintains accurate and up-to-date records concerning sales efforts, bookings, and cancellations
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years B2B and/or B2C sales experience required. Household Goods Industry experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Career-minded, entrepreneurial in spirit, and an ability to work well independently
Professional appearance and demeanor with appropriate presence and tact to suitably represent company in various environments
Outgoing personality with exceptional communication (written and verbal), customer service, organizational, and follow-through abilities
Strong computer skills, to include prior CRM experience
Valid driver’s license
