This role is pivotal in the expansion of the company's global workforce solutions, with a focus on connecting exceptional nearshore talent with forward-thinking US companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing a US go-to-market plan, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and developing deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers across various sectors. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong consultative and strategic selling skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in staffing, outsourcing, or managed services, are essential. The role demands a true hunter with a passion for opening doors, designing strategy, and closing transformative deals, and the autonomy to shape the market is backed by a high-performance delivery team.Applicants for the Head of Sales position must have a minimum of 5 years' B2B sales experience, with a preference for those who have a background in cross-border or nearshore solutions, particularly between the US and Mexico. The role requires a candidate with a strong hunter DNA, adept at prospecting, cold outreach, and building their own pipeline. The ideal candidate will be disciplined in CRM management and forecasting, with proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce. An entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by being resourceful, driven, and motivated by results, is a key attribute. Business-level English is a must, and Spanish language skills are a plus. The Head of Sales will also be expected to represent the brand at industry events and within the nearshore ecosystem, and to collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client onboarding.Travel Percent
