If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding.Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy.Coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mailManage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wiresDeliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process.Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure the completion of timely onboarding.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of 2-3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services companyExperience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Salesforce, Addepar, DocuSign, (competency or ability to learn quickly)Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requestsAble to work independently with minimal to no supervision but enjoy being part of a teamMust be confidential with all client and firm mattersThis position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.This position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities of this position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.
