Our aim is clear: To Make Retail Better.Role PurposeEnsure flawless control over finished goods—signage and related products—by receiving, verifying, storing, pulling, and documenting inventory with accuracy and speed across the Finished Goods area.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute requisitions to pull and deliver finished signage/products.Receive and inspect all finished items; confirm accuracy and counts against inventory/customer-supplied GTR’s; tag and store to standard.Report shortages, damage, or incorrect receipts to appropriate personnel.Maintain records, organize files, input data for finished goods, and manage routine correspondence.Operate compactors, bailing machines, and hand tools; remove trash; uphold cleanliness in Finished Goods and warehouse spaces.Provide cross-functional support to other warehouse areas or departments when required.Operational TasksPerform administrative/electronic transactions for materials received and issued.Verify print image to stock size prior to movement.Prepare inventory activities and conduct cycle counts; count any signage with fewer than 10 units, through to the final item.Escalate issues to a supervisor or the warehouse manager promptly.Keep the material staging area orderly and clean.Pull IMS orders; validate part numbers, promotions, and quantities.Send Box approval and IMS shortage emails.Pull GTR’s and process debits in a timely manner.Handle customer-supplied signage; relocate remaining items to the customer’s designated Finished Goods area.Put away new inventory and overage promptly.Accurately and swiftly pull re-ship orders.Tag overage and place it in the designated rack by customer.Action special requests from Account Managers.Monitor Asset Manager for incoming customer requests.Investigate and resolve missing signage from overage.Enter new signage into inventory when overage is purchased by the customer.Skills You BringInventory Management & ControlBasic Computer SkillsJoin a production team that keeps retail experiences sharp, on-brand, and on time—and help us Make Retail Better.
