This organization has intentionally built a modern litigation model by integrating advanced case management systems, performance metrics, and collaborative workflows, allowing attorneys to focus on strategy, advocacy, and results.The firm operates at a national scale and is continuing to expand into new markets, offering attorneys the opportunity to make a measurable impact while growing alongside the business, all while working fully remotely within Arizona.LEGAL OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEWThis is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with 5 or more years of personal injury litigation experience to join a high-growth practice. Attorneys in this role are entrusted with hands-on responsibility across all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through resolution.The practice emphasizes efficiency, strong case strategy, and maximizing recovery, while providing attorneys with direct client interaction and meaningful litigation exposure within a collaborative, high-performance environment, all in a fully remote setting.WHAT YOU WILL DOEvaluate personal injury claims and assess case merit, liability, and potential valueRepresent clients in litigation, including hearings, motion practice, and trial preparationDevelop and execute case strategies to maximize recovery and favorable outcomesDraft and argue motions, pleadings, and other key legal filingsConduct depositions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trialAnalyze medical records, collaborate with experts, and assess damagesNegotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to resolve claims efficientlyAdvise clients on case strategy, risks, and potential outcomesManage a high-volume caseload while maintaining organization and attention to detailCollaborate with internal teams and contribute to efficient case management processesWHAT YOU BRINGJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive Arizona Bar license in good standing5 or more years of personal injury litigation experienceStrong litigation, negotiation, and case strategy skillsExperience managing cases from intake through resolutionExcellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSBase Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and overall fitFully remote work environment (Arizona-based)Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off and firm-recognized holidaysTechnology-forward, streamlined systems designed for efficiency and flexibilityOpportunity for long-term growth and advancement within a rapidly scaling organizationABOUT OUR SEARCH FIRMScion Staffing is a national, award-winning staffing firm founded in 2006.
