By using simple ideas, we are making solar energy a more affordable and clean power source for future generations.QualificationsDuties: Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation of equipment. Operate/monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops. Feeding raw materials into a machine and following a standardized work procedure to create a product. Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials. Accurately completing production reports and providing data to floor leadership. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Other duties as assigned.Requirements Ability to run a machine. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. Ability to measure. Ability to count. Must be able to read operation standards and complete various daily reports, i.e. quality, production. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. (depending on department) Repetitive motion in all departments. Standing 10+ hours a day (sometimes standing in one spot for 10+ hrs.) Bending, twisting, stooping, reaching above head.Experience/Education High school or equivalent (Preferred)Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, push, bend and/or squat for 10+ hours a night.. Must be able to lift up to 25-50 Ibs at a time. Regularly perform repetitive tasks Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
