The Permit Technician will be responsible for submitting and managing permit applications, performing plan reviews, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and assisting with code enforcement. Additionally, the role requires regular communication with clients, government agencies, and internal teams, ensuring timely updates and resolution of permit-related matters. Qualifications Experience with Permit Applications and Building Permits processesKnowledge of Plan Review and Code Enforcement principlesStrong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and timely follow-upsOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficientlyFamiliarity with relevant local, state, and federal regulations is preferredAbility to work autonomously in a remote environmentProficiency in using relevant software and systems for permit tracking and processingHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or related fields is a plus
