Instructional Aide (Teacher Aide)

DescriptionSaint Bridget Catholic School in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time Instructional Assistant for the 2026-27 school year.The Instructional Assistant will assist the classroom teacher in delivering student instruction of the immediate classroom curriculum and will support the teacher in creating a positive educational environment in the classroom, effectively utilizing behavior management strategies, and completing other tasks as assigned by the classroom teacher.RequirementsThis position requires at a minimum a high school diploma, and experience working in an educational setting is highly preferred. Successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, superior communication skills both written and spoken, superior interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and flexibility, and are hardworking, collaborative team players.
