1. About Our Client:The organization is a women-led energy transformation firm specializing in energy efficiency and clean energy solutions. It supports utilities in addressing complex challenges related to load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction, aiming to power change in the energy sector.2. About the Opportunity:The Associate Energy Efficiency Program Manager leads and oversees a cross-functional team managing commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. This role is responsible for developing and executing short- and long-term implementation plans, managing program activities, and fostering trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. The position is integral to adapting to market conditions and ensuring successful program delivery.3. Responsibilities:Manage subprojects and tasks, including work plan development, staff alignment, and performance reporting internally and to clients.Organize and maintain databases for data coordination, collection, analysis, and reporting.Identify, define, track, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of program deliverables.Continuously assess project progress and develop innovative solutions to emerging issues or market changes.Manage client communications, expectations, satisfaction, and resolve or escalate issues.Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Software, Marketing, and Finance to improve program efficiency.Perform other duties as assigned.4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, energy/environment, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in energy efficiency or related field, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Proven success in project plan, scope, budget development, and implementation.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Existing Building Commissioning is a plus.Strong project and program management skills.Excellent data management and reporting capabilities.Ability in short- and long-range planning and strategy.Detail-oriented multitasker meeting deadlines accurately and within budget.Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.Client service orientation and team collaboration skills.Interest in sustainability and environmental impact.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $126,000.Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.Final compensation depends on experience, education, and location.6.
