The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring that commitments are met on time and within scope. The role involves preparing proposals, monitoring account performance, addressing escalations, and identifying opportunities to expand services. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates and reports to both clients and leadership.Qualifications Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.Proficiency with common business tools and CRM or account management systems; comfort working with reports, dashboards, and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Ability to work on-site in Newark, CA, collaborate across teams, and adapt to changing client needs and priorities.Experience in the local market or similar industries, and familiarity with contract management or renewals, is a plus.
