Board Certified Behavior Analyst (B.C.B.A.)

Connect Academy is looking for a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with students exhibiting emotional and behavioral challenges and to consult with the teaching and clinical staff members working with these students. Some of the regular duties will include: Taking the lead with the IEP team on writing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans Completing a Functional Analysis of Behavior on students, or assisting Connect Academy staff to complete a functional analysis of behavior Collaborating with staff members to problem-solve behavioral concerns on particular students Collaborating with staff members to write students’ behavioral goals and to take and record behavioral data on students’ behavioral goals Work, directly, with some students to instruct on behavioral strategies Attend IEP meetings, staff meetings, and other meetings related to work with the staff or students Complete necessary training requirements (i.e. - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training) Other duties, as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends Work Location: In person
