What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Oversee day-to-day CRM application support operations, ensuring timely incident resolution and adherence to SLAs
Conduct triage, impact assessment, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for production issues
Ensure proactive monitoring, system reliability, and platform availability across CRM environments
Collaborate with developers and support engineers as part of cross-functional teams
Propose quality improvements for enterprise applications and integrations
What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3 years of platform support experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
At least 3 years of hands-on CRM customization experience, including plugins, workflows, and custom pages
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: .NET 4.0+, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework, WPF
Knowledge of SQL Server (2012+) including stored procedures and performance tuning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with Azure environments, cloud infrastructure components, and DevOps pipelines
Familiarity with modern APIs and service communication: REST API, SOAP, WCF
Background in enterprise system support and CRM enhancement lifecycle
Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow
