Job DescriptionSite Manager Responsibilities include:Lead, develop, and retain a fleet of professional drivers. Serves as primary contact to customer. Build effective business relationships with assigned location. Partner with the customer to expand service offerings and enhance their experience. Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues that impact service levels. Conduct analysis of fleet operations and make recommendations for continuous improvement, determine and measure key performance indicators, and create, maintain and present customer specific reporting. Ensure all employees are providing a high level of service while maintaining a safe work environment. Coaching on idle time %’s, fuel compliance, preventative maintenance, safety. Work with maintenance team to ensure all equipment is being maintained and servicedCollaborate with senior management and customer to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to exceed those demands. Fill in as a driver for the shuttle operation as needed. Job requirements:Must be at least 21 years of age or older. CDL A License preferred. Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by Supervisor.
