We are seeking a 3+ years experienced Collection Litigation Attorney to join their Consumer Collections practice team.Remote role handling end-to-end cases, court appearances, team oversight, FDCPA/Rosenthal compliance, and portfolio management in California. Roles & ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in court and manage appearances across California.Oversee, review, and approve pleadings and motions prepared by support staff.Lead strategic case management and portfolio oversight from inception to resolution.Train, mentor, and supervise legal support staff.Ensure compliance with FDCPA, Rosenthal Act, and firm standards while collaborating with leadership.QualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law school.Active California Bar license required.Minimum 3 years of consumer and/or commercial collection litigation experience.Strong knowledge of FDCPA and Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.Excellent communication, organizational skills; bilingual Spanish preferred; multi-state admission a plus.Compensation & Benefits401(k) with employer matching.Health, dental, and vision insurance.HSA and Flexible Spending Account options.Life insurance and paid time off.
