Traveling Project Site SupervisorFMM is seeking a motivated professional to fill our Traveling Project Site Supervisor role. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.Job Summary:The Project Site Supervisor will assist in the completion of residential and commercial construction projects.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projectsMaintain targeted schedule complianceEnsure that safety and quality are a top priorityEnsure client contract compliance is upheldManage vendor and subcontractors during entire project lifeMaintain communications with clients as necessary, responding to all phone calls and requests in a timely mannerProvide courteous and prompt service to all internal and external client/customers and ensure that company/client confidentiality is assuredDocument employee performance, for direct reports, throughout the year and communicate action with employee for implementationAdhere to operating procedures to ensure staff is operating as efficiently and effectively as possibleEnsure training objectives are met for all staff within stated timeframeOrganize and lead weekly safety meetings with agenda and meeting minutes to ensure safe practicesRequired Skills and Abilities:Minimum of 3 years of construction and/or project management experienceKnowledge of both residential and commercial systemsTech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programsAbility to perform construction related tasks in the field if neededExcellent problem solving skillsA take initiative mindsetA strong focus on customer relationsValid drivers license and clear driving recordAbility to pass a drug screenAbility to travel for extended periods of time is requiredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a timeAbility to pass a Fit for Duty ScreeningBenefits:Health Insurance - FMM will pay 50% of the employee's premium401K Contribution FMM will match employee contribution up to 3%Optional voluntary benefitsPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany Provided Health Club membershipCompany Vehicle and Fuel CardCompany Provided iPad or Laptop (dependent on company requirements)At FMM, we provide our clients with high quality, high value maintenance and construction services while maintaining superior levels of communication, professionalism, integrity, and honestly with our staff, clients, suppliers, and professional associates.
