Facets Integration Developer
We are seeking an experienced Facets Integration Developer to support the development, enhancement, and integration of healthcare payer systems centered around the TriZetto Facets platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and developing integrations between Facets and enterprise applications, leveraging APIs, middleware, ETL processes, and healthcare data standards. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, business analysts, Facets SMEs, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that support enrollment, claims, provider, member, care management, and other payer functionsResponsibilities: -Design, develop, and support integrations involving the TriZetto Facets platform.Configure and develop Facets batch processes, workflows, and interfaces.Build and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations between Facets and enterprise applications.Support Facets modules including:o Membershipo Claims o Benefitso Provider Managemento Billing & Financeo Authorization/Referrals API & Middleware DevelopmentDevelop REST and SOAP APIs for Facets-related integrations.Build middleware solutions using platforms such as:o MuleSofto IBM ACE/IIBo Apigeeo Azure Integration Serviceso Other ESB/API Management platformsImplement real-time and batch data exchange solutions. Data Integration & ETLDevelop and maintain ETL processes supporting Facets data exchanges.Work with large-scale healthcare data files including:o EDI 834o EDI 835o EDI 837o EDI 270/271o EDI 276/277Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning solutions. Healthcare Domain Support.Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand healthcare payer workflows.Support Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and Commercial lines of business.Participate in production issue resolution and root cause analysis. Testing & Deployment.Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.Develop unit test cases and integration test plans.Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate defect resolution.Participate in release planning and deployment activities.
