Node.js Backend Developer- Mid Level Developer

Overview In this role you design, develop and maintain serverless Node.js applications on AWS Lambda to power a contact-center platform. You will build IVR and self-service flows with Amazon Connect and Lex, and create integrations with CRM and enterprise systems. You’ll implement secure coding, contribute to CI/CD and deployment automation, and ensure scalable, reliable performance. Collaborating with architects, QA, and stakeholders, you’ll help deliver secure, data-driven customer experiences. This position offers hands-on work with AWS serverless tech in a customer-facing domain.
