They do not need to WRITE automation- do not need to develop code. expectation is if there is a large build there may be some automation. just an Understanding of python or ansible. some python skills would be great but not a deal breaker. Laurel, NJ – 4 days onsite Duration: 12-month contract Job Summary:We are seeking a Network Engineer with strong experience in routing, switching, and network automation. This role will support network design, deployment, and large-scale configuration efforts in a dynamic environment.Required Skills: Strong experience with BGP and ZTB framework, routing, and switching Hands-on experience with VXLAN EVPN Network automation experience using Python and/or Ansible Experience configuring and deploying large numbers of routers (50+ at a time) Network design experience, including participation in architecture review meetings Solid understanding of networking hardware and the ability to work with data center teams during deployments Responsibilities: Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure Support large-scale router configurations and network automation initiatives Participate in architecture and design review meetings Collaborate with data center teams on hardware deployments Assist with new network deployments and implementation activities (not a break/fix role) Preferred Skills: Multicast experience Firewall experience Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Application Question(s): Hands-on experience with VXLAN EVPN Strong experience with BGP and ZTB framework, routing, and switching Network automation experience using Python and/or Ansible Location: Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 (Required) Work Location: In person
