Executive Assistant

Job Description Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of anticipating the needs of executives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zonesArrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itinerariesPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentsServe as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholdersHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismOrganize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and briefing documentsTake meeting notes and track action items to ensure timely follow-upAssist with project management and support strategic initiativesScreen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing as neededMaintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keepingSupport event planning and coordination when requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google WorkspaceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and emotional intelligenceAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
