Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the Quality Control Program for facilities under contract and enforces adherence to the ISO standards and procedures. Assigned to the development, administration, and daily functions of the quality control program, this position shall be fully trained in their areas of responsibility including – instruction and procedure development; product quality monitoring; inspection techniques; and inspection data management and analysis.Salary: Up to $80,000 per year based upon experience.Essential Job Functions:Establish and maintain quality standards for services rendered.Recommend any necessary adjustments and changes to PM processes.Inspect and test the services and equipment maintained.Perform inspections at random to assess quality of services.Complete weekly and monthly QC checks on completed preventative and corrective maintenance work tickets.Ensure accurate completion of assigned work tickets for maintenance tasks.Attend required stakeholder meetings, training programs, and reinforce requirements within the team.Manage quality management plans and supporting documentation to ensure that projects are completed on budget, on schedule, within scope, and in conformance with applicable regulations and guidelines.Assigned to the development, administration, and daily functions of the quality control program, this position shall be fully trained in their areas of responsibility including – instruction and procedure development; product quality monitoring; inspection techniques; and inspection data management and analysis.Other duties as assignedRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:Possess at least 3 years of recent (within the past 5 years) experience in quality control/ quality assurance for commercial or industrial facilitiesHigh School Diploma or EquivalentBachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, business management, statistics or related, preferredExperience working with commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systemsExperience using CMMS systems.Experience in working in operations and maintenance in commercial buildings.OSHA 10/ 30 certificationUSACE QCM, preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to multi-task and lead a project to completion.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsCompany OverviewAction Facilities Management, Inc. is a woman-owned small business and minority enterprise established in 2001.
