Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 Base

Company Overview Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable and growing AISC Certified Structural Steel Fabricator in the Salt Lake City, UT area on their search for a Sales Manager . This company supports a wide range of commercial and industrial construction projects and is seeking a relationship-driven sales professional to help expand their presence throughout the region.
Role Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting long-term revenue growth. This individual will work closely with contractors, fabricators, and project stakeholders while representing the company across key markets. This is a travel-focused role, with approximately two weeks per month spent visiting clients and projects throughout Utah and surrounding states.
Job Responsibilities Develops and maintains relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and industry partners
Identifies and pursues new project opportunities within regional markets
Travels regularly to client offices, job sites, and industry events
Coordinates with estimating and operations teams to support proposals and bids
Tracks market activity, project pipelines, and competitive landscape
Supports negotiation and closing of new business opportunities
Maintains consistent communication with internal teams regarding client needs and forecasts
Qualifications / Requirements 3+ years of business development / sales experience within construction, steel (fabrication), or related industries
Strong understanding of structural steel or construction project environments preferred
Comfortable with regional travel (approximately 2 weeks per month)
Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new opportunities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-driven with ability to work independently
