EHR Implementation EngineerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an EHR Implementation Engineer to help deploy and integrate a healthcare SaaS platform within provider and hospital environments.In this role, you will work closely with healthcare customers, internal product and engineering teams, and hospital IT stakeholders to implement and support integrations with EHR systems such as Epic.This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with healthcare interoperability knowledge and customer-facing implementation experience.You will play a key role in onboarding new customers, configuring integrations, validating healthcare data workflows, and supporting successful go-lives across hospital and health system environments.What You’ll DoLead technical implementations for healthcare provider customersConfigure and support integrations between the platform and EHR/EMR systemsWork closely with hospital IT teams, operational stakeholders, and healthcare customers during onboarding and deploymentSupport HL7 and/or FHIR integrations and API-based workflowsTroubleshoot interoperability and healthcare data integration issuesValidate and monitor healthcare data flows and integration performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teamsAssist with implementation testing, go-live support, and post-launch optimizationDocument technical configurations, workflows, and implementation processesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in technical implementation, systems integration, or healthcare SaaS environmentsExperience working with EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or CernerExperience supporting healthcare software integrations within hospitals, provider organizations, or health systemsExperience with Epic integrations or Epic App OrchardExperience with healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 and/or FHIRExperience working with APIs, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and healthcare data integration workflowsWorking knowledge of SQL and data validation processesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience working directly with customers during onboarding, implementation, or go-live projectsExperience working within hospitals or healthcare provider organizationsFamiliarity with interface engines such as Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, or RhapsodyExperience with healthcare interoperability, provider integrations, or clinical systemsExposure to healthcare IT environments and patient data workflowsScripting experience (Python or similar)
